HOW LONG IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME?
We keep all of the best sellers in stock and order twice weekly from the USA so your order is never far away. Despatch times are between 2 and 9 working days. If you need anything in a hurry please ask we may be able to special delivery your order.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Delivery charges are as follows:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN'S POLICY?
You are welcome to return most items* - we conform to the Distance Selling Regulations so please help us too for your protection.

You may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt (email is fine). We will send you a return's authorisation number which must be quoted on the outside of your packet and a copy of your invoice put inside for identification. You must then return within 7 days.

Items must be unworn and unwashed with ALL TAGS IN PLACE - if the item is boxed the box must be in tact as you have received it. If any item smells strongly of perfume or smoke this will be returned to the customer at cost. Unfortunately we would not be able to re-sell these items.

We do not pay postage for returns and recommend you send by a safe tracked method as we cannot be responsible for any items returned not fully insured.

Orders will be refunded within 30 days as per the Distance Selling Regulations.

* The following items cannot be returned for obvious reasons: stockings, tights, nipple pasties, tape, lubricants, knickers, thongs and g-strings (unless any of the forementioned are part of a set then they must be included in your return).
